Point Chevalier House
This home over looks the Waitamata harbour. It was designed to push the limits with building with insitu concrete.
Te Arai Helical Staircase
Worked alongside the architect and engineers under an early contractor engagement model to develop the construction methodology for the home's focal point: a large helical staircase at its centre.Using specialist software and computer-cut formwork, we were able to create the complex geometry with millimetre-level accuracy and deliver a precise, high-quality result.

Atlas Headquarters Takapuna
We completed the moulding and pouring of complex in-situ structural elements, providing custom formwork and careful execution on several challenging components. Our team delivered precise geometry and high-quality finishes, supporting the successful construction of this flagship building.
Grosvenor Street
The client wanted the concrete finish to have an aged look. The project was created with two large street facing insitu walls reaching 9½ metres high.
